Amendment to Articles of Association of Lamprell Limited

Lamprell Limited (the “Company”) hereby gives notice to its shareholders that, by a written resolution dated 21 March 2025 passed pursuant to Article 14.23 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the shareholders holding the requisite voting threshold resolved to amend the Company’s Articles of Association.

The amendments affect Articles 11.7, 11.8, and 25 and relate to the Company’s share transfer provisions and appointment of the Secretary.

A full copy of the amended Articles of Association is available for inspection by shareholders. Shareholders may request a copy by contacting the Company Secretary at  companysecretary@lamprell.com, or may access the updated Articles directly via the Isle of Man Companies Registry.

This notice is given in accordance with Article 14.23 and Article 27.1 of the Articles of Association.
