Senior Project Manager (Offshore)

Overall purpose of role
Perform overall project coordination by managing stakeholders and ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and within scope while maintaining zero LTI and achieving the required PQI through effective coordination and direction. Oversee all aspects of the project, including milestones, responsibilities, progress monitoring, and follow-ups. Manage, coordinate, and direct project communication, change management, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth execution.
Primary responsibilities, authorities & accountabilities
- Direct, coordinate and lead activities of the project
- Work plan, budget and staffing plan and assignment to the project
- Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.
- Supervise project delivery, assess client needs.
- Manage resource to meet project goals
- Ensuring SCI above 0.9
- Ensuring CPI above 0.9
- Ensuring Zero LTI during entire project duration
- Maintaining PQI above 93% mark
- Ensuring Progress Invoice submission and payment realization as per agreed timeline
- Maintaining positive cashflow after 3-4 months of start of project
- HSES Accountability and initiative taken for managing, maintaining and improving health, safety and environmental performance in the workplace.
- Commitment to Quality. Particular focus on professionalism/capability/competence in terms of how Lamprell presents itself externally to Clients and the wider industry network. The internal focus being on the quality of proposals content particular in terms of the key strategic themes, differentiators and selling points.
- Planning & Organising. The ability and commitment to prioritize, plan and schedule own workload as well as that of the team. It includes planning for the effective use of resources and demonstrating effective time management.
- Communication. The ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in either verbal or written form and to demonstrate the ability to listen and understand guidance, ideas and opposing points of view.
- Situation Management.
The ability to respond rapidly and effectively to the immediate needs of the situation. This involves the ability to appraise a situation, identify the problem and evaluate possible solutions and to take swift action, i.e. to be able to think on his/her feet. It also refers to the ability to maintain effective team working in dealing with situations and conflict. - Leadership.
The ability to take people with him/her and to motivate, inspire and develop teams and individuals to perform to the best of their abilities. - Business Acumen.
The ability to understand the “big picture” of how and why business decisions are made and having an understanding of relevant financial, commercial, legal and technology matters that impact the business and/or the job.
Attainment
- Bachelor of Engineering degree with over 25 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects including Upstream and Downstream
- Saudi Aramco experience is a preference
- Offshore construction Industry expereince is necessary
- Inhouse IPM training from previous employer, Circular Economy certified profession with digital acumen to lead the project.
