Lamprell’s Board oversees governance, ensuring alignment with global standards and addressing risks and opportunities. The Sustainability Committee guides the development of our sustainability strategy, policies, and targets, ensuring alignment with the UN SDGs. It monitors implementation, reviews progress, and regularly updates the Board. This governance structure integrates sustainability into all levels of the organisation, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
Sustainable supply chain management
Lamprell’s Supplier Sustainability Management Framework ensures compliance with ESG standards. Supplier audits and engagement help uphold human rights, labour practices, and environmental goals. Local sourcing strengthens in-country value, reduces supply chain emissions, and supports local economies. Our approach prioritises responsible sourcing, shorter transportation distances, and collaboration to deliver sustainable benefits across our operations and value chain.
Ethics and compliance
Lamprell enforces a zero-tolerance approach to unethical practices through robust policies like the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, and Modern Slavery Policy. Employees receive ethics training during onboarding, and accessible reporting channels are provided via the ‘Speaking Up’ policy. Supplier audits ensure compliance with labour and human rights standards.
Cybersecurity and data privacy
Lamprell protects sensitive data through ISO 27001-certified systems, a 24/7 Security Operations Centre, and advanced threat monitoring. Regular training ensures employees understand cyber risks and compliance with international standards.
