Emotional wellbeing session
Our recent session on ‘Emotional resilience and how to improve it’ was met with enthusiastic participation. Those who attended found the session enriching, taking away practical tips to enhance their emotional resilience both at work and in personal settings.
Legal wellness session
Additionally, we hosted an informative session with legal expert Mohammad D. Marria, who provided valuable insights into the importance of creating a ‘Will,’ particularly for expatriates living in the UAE. This session aimed to educate our employees on protecting their assets and ensuring their wishes are respected.
Ergonomics
Understanding the importance of physical health, especially for those spending long hours at desks, we organised an awareness session on ergonomics. Led by Physiotherapist Ms Fahmitha Athanikkal, the session provided actionable advice on optimising workstations to prevent musculoskeletal issues.
Human rights awareness
Finally, we held a Human Rights and Labour Standards Awareness session, reinforcing our commitment to upholding human rights across all operations and our supply chain.
