Lamprell's Q1 wellness initiatives: a commitment to employee well-being

At Lamprell, we started the year with a strong focus on enhancing the well-being of our employees through a series of wellness initiatives. In Q1, we hosted a range of engaging programs designed to support physical, mental, and emotional health. One of the highlights was our collaboration with Lockton and Nafsi for a mental health webinar, where participants gained valuable insights into building healthy habits, managing stress, and setting achievable wellness goals for 2025. This interactive session set the tone for a year of growth and self-care, offering actionable tips on fitness, nutrition, and goal setting.

In February, we hosted a special session focused on “Understanding Menopause,” where experts provided valuable advice on managing physical and mental changes. 

This session empowered female employees to navigate this important life stage, offering support not just for those experiencing menopause but for anyone looking to support others through it.

Additionally, Lamprell continued its efforts to enhance physical wellness with the much-anticipated 60-Day Health & Fitness Challenge, encouraging employees to prioritise their health through weight loss and fitness challenges, all with a focus on long-term well-being.

Lamprell’s dedication to holistic wellness also extended to a focus on heart health with the launch of the Healthy Heart Campaign. Employees participated in health screenings, heart health awareness sessions, and activities designed to promote heart-healthy habits.

As always, Lamprell remains committed to offering diverse resources for all employees, whether through fitness challenges, educational webinars, or mental health support, to create a culture of well-being and care. The initiatives in Q1 are just the start, and we look forward to continuing to support our employees’ health throughout the rest of 2025.
