Health, safety, and well-being
Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Lamprell, reflected in our consistent safety improvements and commitment to employee wellness. Over the past five years, we have reduced our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) from 0.15 to an industry-leading 0.08, supported by robust risk management systems and regular training . Our on-site medical facilities, staffed by doctors and paramedics, provide 24/7 health support. Employee wellness extends beyond safety, with initiatives addressing mental health, stress management, and overall well-being. We actively engage clients and subcontractors in operational safety processes, ensuring alignment with our high standards. At Lamprell, every measure is taken to ensure that everyone goes home safely.















Community engagement
Lamprell is committed to building stronger communities through active engagement and local partnerships. We create local employment opportunities, support suppliers, and participate in initiatives such as mangrove tree planting and cultural celebrations. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in meaningful activities, creating a culture of collective action. Guided by our Human Rights Policy, we have a zero-tolerance approach to forced and child labour and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance. Lamprell is proud of its 85% in-country value, reflecting our commitment to local sourcing, job creation, and building industry skills in the UAE. These efforts not only benefit the local economy but also contribute to shorter delivery times and reduced transportation emissions, enhancing our sustainability goals while maintaining transparency and accountability across our operations and supply chain.
